In 1785 William Cowper wrote the poem, “in The Task” where he stated that variety is the spice of life that gives it all its flavor”. However, when it comes to food, spices are wonderful, but sometimes it’s all about the sauce that takes a food to the next level.  After all, for many, isn’t French Fries a conduit for ketchup? And what’s fish and chips without a creamy tartar sauce and malt vinegar? And if you’re a sushi fan, a dot of wasabi and soy sauce brings what seems like perfection to another level.
